Wagner and politics. Performative lecture

Richard Wagner was and is one of the most political and controversial composers in music history. In an entertaining yet serious manner, Max Christian Graeff takes on Wagner in his programme ‘Anti, Inri, Rhein und Sold. Wagneriana between extremism, sublimity and emotion - a collage of passion and hatred between absolutism and the absolute’.

He will be accompanied by Christov Rolla on the piano and Marc Unternährer on an instrument rarely heard in the Richard Wagner Museum - the tuba.

Admission: CHF 20.00
